Staff is always super knowledgeable and very helpful. Completely different experience compared to what you get at the larger hardware stores. You walk in and they know where their items are and they can explain to you information about the items you want to purchase. Hands-down best hardware out there!!

I have been going to Paterson's for years and they always have great and friendly service and great knowledge on any project you are wanting to tackle. The store is very organized and well stocked with just about anything you could need for any project. Great store and people!

The staff at Paterson Do it Best is second to none when it comes to service, knowledge, and attitude. I am consistently greeted warmly upon entering, and staff is always able to provide a level of help well above what you'd expect from your average retail employee. If you want real assistance when shopping, this place provides it. I highly recommend them.

This is my favorite store. I have been coming here for years. They are so helpful and wonderful here. I'm always satisfied whenever I go here. Thanks everyone keep up the GREAT job.

Absolutely wonderful selection! Varied.. they have clothes, tools, everything a hardware store should have, and more! This place even has a very elaborate, home wine/beer making section dedicated to the original owner. It has EVERYTHING a home brewer would ever need!! And they know what all of it is for!! The staff are downright sweet, friendly, and helpful.

I really enjoy going to Paterson Do It Best hardware store! Ever since I moved here 15 years ago, this is my go to place for all my needs. They have anything & everything you need & some things you didn't know you needed too ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVERY VISIT! IMPRESSIVE VARIETY OF PRODUCTS! THE STAFF ARE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS! GREAT JOB TO THE ENTIRE STAFF !!!!

Large selection for various projects and hobbies in your home. Have a large Wine / Beer making selection with flavoring, kits and ingrediants as well as tools to help get the job done. Staff friendly and helpful.
